1. Booking Policy
- Online Booking: Services can be booked online via https://book.heygoldie.com/ZenScape. Booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred time.
- Booking Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent once your appointment is successfully scheduled.
- Deposits: A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Details will be communicated during the booking process.
2. Late Arrival Policy
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and ease into relaxation.
- Late Arrivals: Arriving late may shorten your session. The full service fee will still apply. Every effort will be made to accommodate your full treatment time when possible.
3. Payment Policy
- Accepted Payments: Payments can be made in cash, via EcoCash, or InnBucks.
- Please note that cash-out charges may apply.
- Service Fees: All services are subject to applicable taxes. Gratuities are appreciated but not required.
4. Health & Safety
- Health Disclosure: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your session so your treatment can be tailored appropriately.
- Contraindications: Certain health conditions may prevent you from receiving some treatments. If you’re unwell, please reschedule for the safety of everyone.
5. Privacy & Confidentiality
- Your Information: All personal details shared with ZenScape by Tarshy are kept strictly confidential and used solely to provide you with quality service.
- Online Information: Our website may collect basic browser/device data for internal site performance analysis. We do not share or sell personal data.
6. Studio Conduct
- Respect & Safety: We maintain a safe, respectful environment. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Client Comfort: Undress to your comfort level. Professional draping will always be used to ensure your privacy and dignity.
7. Liability Waiver
- By booking a session, clients agree to release ZenScape by Tarshy from any liability related to discomfort, injury, or unforeseen effects from treatment, unless caused by negligence.
8. Customer Care
